About Parker Contract Cleaning - Cleaning in Oxford for 20 years

Parker Contract Cleaning Ltd was established in 1993 by Phillip and Gaynor Parker and has grown as a successful business ever since. We specialise in office cleaning throughout oxfordshire and can offer a wide range of cleaning specifications and hygiene consumables to meet the needs of you or your company. As with all our existing customers (references can be given upon request) we will offer you a personal cleaning service with individual customer care. We run regular Oxford office cleaning service contracts throughout Oxfordshire and neighbouring counties and will offer a free quotation together with a recomended cleaning specification that will suit your office, business needs and your budget. 

Our cleaners are fully inducted upon joining our company where upon they are given training in cleaning and Health and safety. We evaluate the cleaners competance and then run additional training as required. We have a policy to retain a very high percentage of our staff that helps us to maintain a stable and constant service.

 

We are continuously reviewing, revising and developing our procedures in cleaning to meet the requirements of the environment whilst maintaining the high level cleaning standards that our customers expect from us.  We have an updating system for legislation changes and changes within the business.

Systems of work are developed within the framework of the specification you require to allow for the easy addition/subtraction of specification requirements to ‘fine tune’ your needs, this also enables a flexible billing system so that you are not charged for areas that had been vacated or were not being used and allows us to be effective whilst also being transparent in our tasks/billing.

Our Quality assurance policy ensures that where problems occure an immediate remedial action is undertaken to fix the problem, whilst corrective action is taken to prevent the recurrence of the problem.
